Clear steps for your Shopify store. Find an answer, follow the guide, then get back to your work.
Check your settings, sync your catalog and try a draft. You can move to bulk work once you know what the action will do.
Set up, scan and make your first useful improvement.
Find gaps in your store's SEO, then create product search text, image descriptions and collection content in one place.
Check your store context, sync the catalog and make one first improvement. Set up collection display when you need Collection SEO.
A scan reads Shopify data so Rankora can show your products, images and supported SEO gaps. Scanning does not publish content.
Use SEO Health to see which supported content gaps remain. It is Rankora's coverage indicator, not a Google ranking score.
Choose one item you know, create a draft and publish a useful improvement. Then repeat at scale.
A draft is a saved suggestion. Publishing sends it to Shopify. This guide is for draft mode, not an operation already set to generate and publish automatically.
Use History to restore a previous value recorded by a supported Rankora publication. It is not a backup of every Shopify change.
Products, images, collections, bulk work, publication and credits.
SEO Opportunities groups supported findings so you can open the right content tool without searching the catalog manually.
Open Products to generate SEO titles and meta descriptions for one product, a selection or all products missing metadata.
Collection SEO creates collection text. Choose where it will be saved and how your theme will display it before publishing.
Image ALT creates short text descriptions for product images. The missing-ALT workflow helps you cover a large catalog without writing each description by hand.
Jobs tracks accepted longer operations. Check the operation type as well as the status: successful generation and successful publication are not the same thing.
History lets you inspect supported Rankora changes and restore recorded previous values when available.
Credits pay for usable AI-generated results, not for reading help or clicking Publish on an existing draft. Check the estimate before starting.
Compare the current plans in Pricing. Extra credits are a separate one-time purchase, approved through Shopify.
Products and Image ALT can either create drafts or generate and publish automatically. Read the action label before starting.
Use selected generation for a specific set, or the all-missing action for the full missing-content scope. The current page is not the whole catalog.
Publish all drafts sends existing ready Product Meta or Image ALT drafts to Shopify. It is not another generation run.
An authenticated store administrator can request the store's private arrival offer for one-time SEO credit top-ups. Check the actual offer and final amount before paying.
Stuck scans, missing drafts, failed jobs, invisible text and billing.
Check the operation and its item results before retrying. A failed item is different from a partially successful job.
Reduce the generation scope or add capacity. Check the accepted item count and any partial-processing option rather than assuming the whole request will finish.
First check where the text was saved, then whether the active theme renders that field on this collection's template. Regenerating text will not fix a missing display block.
Check the collection template and integration model. Custom integration does not use an automatically managed Rankora display block.
A conflict warns that the current Shopify value differs from the version used by your draft or restore. Compare them before replacing anything.
Inspect the item counts and operation type. Some usable drafts or publications may have succeeded even when the overall job needs attention.
Check the current job rather than starting another one. Queued and Running describe different stages, and duration varies with the work.
Reopen Rankora from Shopify Admin and check its setup, catalog and billing state. Reinstallation is not a guarantee that every previous draft or setting is restored.
Check whether Shopify approved the charge. If it did, refresh Rankora and contact support before making the same purchase again.
Check Catalog status and its stage first. Shopify scanning, Rankora importing and a completed catalog are different states.
Refresh the actual drafts and check the originating job before generating a paid replacement. An old browser preview is not proof that a draft still exists on the server.
Open the support chat from Rankora. Describe what you tried and what happened. You do not have to finish all troubleshooting guides first.
Writing guidance, languages, content destinations and theme display.
Use this only for a custom theme integration. Rankora can write a collection field without adding the code that displays it.
Your AI Brand Profile gives Rankora store context for future generations. Correct the facts and tone before generating at scale.
Protected terms help preserve specific names or wording during supported generation. Keep the list short and intentional.
Use custom instructions for a clear rule that the normal settings do not already cover.
Internal links point shoppers to relevant pages in the same store. Check each destination before publishing collection text.
Collection FAQs should answer real shopper questions. They are optional content, not a guarantee of special Google search results.
The integration model decides where Rankora saves collection text and who is responsible for displaying it.
Custom integration lets Rankora write a compatible existing collection field. It does not install or style a storefront block for that field.
Check the language and market context offered by each workflow before generating. SEO content generation is not the same as translating an entire store.
For Automatic integration, place the Rankora block in the correct collection template. For Custom integration, use the theme's configured field rendering.
Understand titles, descriptions, ALT text and the Health score.
An SEO title describes a page for search engines and browser tabs. Google may use it for a search result, but can choose another title.
A meta description is a short page summary that a search engine may show below the title. It is not the product's main description.
ALT text is a written alternative to an image. It helps explain meaningful images when they cannot be seen.
Collection SEO content is useful text about a group of products. It can help shoppers understand the collection and make a choice.
A duplicate meta description is a summary used on more than one page. Check whether those pages need different useful descriptions.
SEO Health summarizes the supported checks Rankora can measure in its current catalog data. It is not a score supplied by Google.
Publication, credits, recovery and other questions before you start.
Understand publication, credits, collection display and recovery before starting a larger operation.
You can start with a simple explanation. Ask for a human if the automated answer does not resolve your question.
English, French and Dutch. Our published response target is within 2 business days, not an instant reply.
This template is optional. Copy it, then fill it in inside the chat. Nothing is sent by choosing a topic or copying the template.
Keep your account safe. Never share passwords, Shopify access tokens, API secrets, recovery codes or full payment credentials. Hide unrelated customer information in screenshots.
