Before you start
When Automatic integration asks for a block you cannot find in Shopify's Theme Editor.
- Open a collection template, not a product template.
- Use the theme setup link from the correct Rankora SEO AI store.
- Do not edit theme code at random to make a missing block appear.
Steps to follow
- Check that Collection SEO is using Automatic integration.
- Open Place block in Theme Editor from Publishing & storefront.
- Check the collection template and look for the Rankora collection content app block in the available app blocks.
- Refresh the Theme Editor once if the app was recently reinstalled.
- If the block is still unavailable, contact support with the theme and template rather than deleting unrelated sections.
For example
A product template's block list is not the right place to configure collection text.
What happens next
Adding the block and saving the correct template determines its placement. Published content in the configured field supplies the text.
A useful tip. Confirm the selected theme before making any changes.
Take care. Do not add duplicate blocks or remove your product grid while troubleshooting.
Common questions
Should I paste Liquid instead?
Manual integration is an advanced developer path, not the first fix for normal Automatic integration.
What if I chose Custom integration?
Your theme or developer must render the selected existing field. Follow that integration instead of expecting Rankora's block to manage it.
Why is the block present but blank?
Check that this collection has published content in the configured field and that the template is assigned correctly.
If you are still stuck
- Keep the theme name, template and integration selection for support. Do not include credentials.
