Before you start
When draft generation has finished and you want to publish more than one ready result.
- A draft must be ready and eligible for publication.
- The confirmation count can be larger than the drafts currently visible on the page.
- Conflicts, missing resources and failed writes need attention; they are not proof of successful publication.
Steps to follow
- Open Products or Image ALT and refresh the available drafts if necessary.
- Review a suitable sample and resolve any content concerns before starting a large publication.
- Choose Publish all drafts when offered.
- Read the full count and target type in the confirmation. Confirm only when the scope is correct.
- Follow the publication job and check its successful, failed and skipped counts. Verify the relevant Shopify fields.
For example
You can generate Product Meta in draft mode, review the wording, then publish the ready product drafts together rather than opening every row.
What happens next
Eligible drafts are published through the supported write workflow. Generating new content is a separate action.
A useful tip. Use Jobs and History to verify what actually completed after a large publication.
Take care. Do not regenerate usable drafts just because you have not published them yet.
Common questions
Is this the same as Generate & publish?
No. Publish all drafts uses existing drafts. Generate & publish creates new content and attempts publication as part of generation.
Does it publish only the preview rows?
Do not assume so. Check the total eligible draft count in the confirmation; the preview list can be limited.
Can it overwrite a newer Shopify edit?
Conflicts require review. Do not treat an older draft as automatically safe to publish over current Shopify content.
If you are still stuck
- If the ready count and available draft disagree, refresh drafts and check the originating job. Contact support before paying to generate them again.
