Before you start
When an approved plan or top-up does not match Pricing, or a displayed amount is unexpected.
- Shopify confirms plans and one-time purchases.
- A browser return screen alone is not the only evidence of payment status.
- Never send card details, passwords or access tokens to support.
Steps to follow
- Open Pricing and note the plan or balance shown.
- Check the relevant Shopify billing confirmation or charge reference.
- Refresh Pricing once and allow verification to complete.
- If the difference remains, contact support with the store, expected plan or credit amount, charge reference and approximate time.
- For an amount mismatch before approval, stop rather than accepting a charge you do not understand.
For example
Shopify confirms a credit purchase but the balance is unchanged. Keep the charge reference and investigate instead of approving another identical purchase.
What happens next
Support can investigate the purchase or plan verification. A second payment is not a repair step.
A useful tip. For partial generation questions, include the job ID too so the usable-result charge can be checked.
Take care. Do not expose your full payment information in a screenshot.
Common questions
Should I repeat the purchase?
Not if Shopify already approved it. Refresh and investigate first.
Are refunds automatic when I uninstall?
Do not assume so. Contact support about your specific unused-credit or charge question and consult the current Terms.
Why did a draft consume credits even though I did not publish it?
Credits pay for a usable generation result. Keeping or discarding a usable draft is separate from the generation charge.
If you are still stuck
- If you cannot find a Shopify approval, describe exactly what the checkout showed instead of guessing that payment succeeded.
