Before you start
When you need more generation capacity, a different plan or a billing change.
- Every 30 days: Free includes 100 credits; Starter is $19 for 1,500; Growth is $49 for 6,000; Pro is $99 for 20,000.
- Standard extra credits cost $0.01 each, before an applicable offer. Choose 100–100,000 in steps of 100.
- Purchased credits do not auto-renew, do not expire and do not unlock higher-plan features.
Steps to follow
- Open Pricing and check your current plan, credits and renewal information.
- Compare plans for recurring needs, or choose Top up credits for a one-time purchase.
- For a top-up, enter a valid quantity. Apply an eligible private code before approving a charge.
- Review the final amount in Rankora and on Shopify's confirmation screen.
- Return to Rankora after approval and allow the purchase or plan state to be verified.
For example
A standard purchase of 2,500 extra credits costs $25 before any applicable private offer. It does not change a Free subscription into a paid plan.
What happens next
Shopify confirms the charge. Rankora updates the plan or balance after verifying the approved purchase.
A useful tip. Compare the ongoing plan allowance with a one-time top-up rather than upgrading only because a single run is large.
Take care. Do not approve another charge just because the first approved purchase has not appeared yet.
Common questions
How do I cancel or downgrade?
Use Pricing and read the Shopify confirmation for timing and feature changes. Purchased credits are preserved through normal renewals and plan changes.
Are monthly credits carried into the next period?
No. Unused period credits expire. Purchased credits are a separate balance.
Where is payment taken?
Rankora plans and credit purchases use Shopify billing, not a separate card checkout.
