Before you start
After a scan, or when you want a focused list of missing or repeated content.
- Findings are based on the catalog data available to Rankora.
- Filters change what you see, not the content stored in Shopify.
- An opportunity is not a Google penalty.
Steps to follow
- Open SEO Opportunities.
- Choose an issue type and use the available filters to narrow the list.
- Open a finding and its recommended workflow.
- Check the current value before deciding to generate, edit or leave it unchanged.
For example
A missing image description opens the Image ALT workflow, while a product search summary belongs in Products.
What happens next
Opening a finding is read-only. Starting a generation or publication is a separate action.
A useful tip. Start with important products or a large set of genuinely missing fields.
Take care. Do not rewrite useful content just to remove a finding.
Common questions
Why is an item still listed after generating?
In draft mode, it has not been published. After publication, the underlying catalog view may also need to refresh.
Can I fix many items together?
Use the corresponding workspace's selected or bulk action when available on your plan.
Why does a finding look outdated?
Check the sync status and current Shopify value. A finding may reflect an older catalog snapshot.
If you are still stuck
- Refresh the relevant data if the finding disagrees with the latest Shopify value.
