Before you start
When Rankora blocks or limits a generation because of your available balance.
- ALT uses 1 credit per successful image; Product Meta uses 3 per successful product.
- Collection SEO uses 40 at High, 36 at Medium or 32 at Basic per successful item.
- An approved Shopify purchase that has not appeared yet should be investigated before another charge.
Steps to follow
- Open Pricing and check available credits, including credits reserved by active work.
- Compare the estimate with the count you intend to generate.
- Select fewer items, use an offered partial-processing option, or choose an appropriate plan or top-up.
- If you already approved a purchase in Shopify, refresh Pricing before purchasing again.
- Start the intended operation only after checking its accepted scope and cost.
For example
A balance that covers 100 ALT images does not cover 100 Product Meta generations, which would require 300 credits for 100 successful products.
What happens next
Rankora checks the request against its credit rules. A partial result should be reviewed before starting another run.
A useful tip. Use the estimate shown by Rankora rather than counting only visible rows.
Take care. Do not assume buying credits unlocks a feature restricted to a higher plan.
Common questions
Can I buy a small top-up?
Standard top-ups start at 100 credits and use steps of 100, up to 100,000, at $0.01 per credit before an applicable offer.
Will monthly credits return next period?
The plan's allowance renews according to its period. Unused monthly credits do not roll over.
Why is some balance unavailable during a job?
Accepted work can reserve credits. Unused reservations are released when settled, subject to the original credit period.
If you are still stuck
- If the balance still disagrees with an approved charge or finished job, contact support with the relevant reference. Do not send payment credentials.
