Before you start
When the writing is too generic or does not match your brand.
- Detected information is a starting point, not proof that every fact is correct.
- Saved guidance affects future supported generation.
- Changing the profile does not rewrite or republish existing content.
Steps to follow
- Open the AI Brand Profile from Home or Settings.
- Check the detected store information and remove incorrect claims.
- Add concise guidance about audience, tone and wording using the available fields.
- Save, then generate a small new sample to check the result.
For example
A practical outdoor shop could prefer direct, factual descriptions and no unsupported claims about product performance.
What happens next
Future generations can use the saved profile. Existing drafts and published content are not automatically replaced by saving it.
A useful tip. Give clear rules such as Use concise sentences rather than vague instructions such as Make it amazing.
Take care. Do not add shipping, stock or guarantee claims that are not consistently true.
Common questions
Why did an old draft not change?
The profile guides future generation. Editing the profile does not regenerate existing drafts.
Where do I protect a brand spelling?
Use Protected terms where offered and check the spelling in a new result.
Can I test a new profile without publishing?
Use draft mode and check the action label before generating. A usable test generation still consumes credits.
If you are still stuck
- Confirm that you saved the profile and are inspecting a new generation, not a cached old draft.
